This community (the "Service") is operated by the individual or organization that runs it (the "Operator," "we," "us," or "our"). The Service is delivered using technology provided by our technology provider. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional terms or policies the Operator publishes. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or older where required by local law — for example, 16 in some regions). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The Service provides hosting, video streaming, live events, community, and related multimedia features. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where reasonably practicable we will give notice of material changes that significantly reduce the functionality you rely on.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, stream, or post ("Your Content"). The Service does not claim ownership of Your Content.
To operate the Service, you grant the Operator and its technology provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, encode, adapt (for formatting and delivery), publicly perform and display, stream, and distribute Your Content, and to promote it within the Service. This license exists only to provide, secure, and promote the Service and ends when you delete Your Content, except for copies retained in routine backups or required by law, and for content others have already shared or relied upon.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary for Your Content, including any music, footage, trademarks, or likenesses it contains, and that Your Content does not violate these Terms or any law.
You agree not to upload, post, stream, or transmit any content, or engage in any conduct, that:
Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable
Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person
Contains viruses, malware, or code intended to disrupt or gain unauthorized access
Is spam, fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to manipulate the Service or its users
Scrapes, harvests, or systematically downloads content or data without permission
Violates any applicable law or regulation
We provide hosting for content created by users. We do not pre-screen or actively monitor all content, and we have no general obligation to do so. Content created by users is the responsibility of the user who posted it, and the views expressed are theirs, not ours. We may, but are not required to, review, remove, restrict, or disable access to any content, and suspend any account, that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, the law, or the rights of others.
If you believe content or conduct on the Service is illegal, abusive, or violates these Terms, please report it to us through the Contact page (copyright claims should use the process in the "Copyright and DMCA" section below). We will review valid reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or notifying the relevant authorities. Acting on one report does not create an obligation to monitor the Service or remove other content.
The Service itself — including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and the content we or our licensors provide (excluding Your Content and other users' content) — is owned by the Operator, its technology provider, or their licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at [email protected] including: (a) your contact information; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.
Some features, content, memberships, or events require payment. Prices and what is included are shown at the point of purchase. By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.
Subscriptions and memberships renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current price until you cancel. We will disclose the renewal price and billing interval before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price increase, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and any refund policy the Operator publishes at the point of sale. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction (for example, EU/UK cooling-off rights for certain purchases). Event tickets may be subject to the additional terms described below.
Creators may be able to monetize content and memberships on the Service. If you monetize, you authorize the Operator and its technology provider to facilitate payments, and you agree that platform, processing, and revenue-share fees may be deducted as disclosed to you. Payouts are subject to any separate payout or creator agreement, identity and tax verification, minimum thresholds, and payment-processor requirements. You are solely responsible for the taxes arising from your earnings and for any disclosures (such as sponsorship or advertising disclosures) required by law.
Except for content you own or are permitted to use, content on the Service is made available for your personal viewing within the Service. You may not download, copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from other users' or the Operator's content without permission from the rights holder. Features that expressly allow sharing, downloading, or embedding may be used in accordance with their stated terms.
Event access and tickets are subject to availability and to any additional event-specific terms shown at purchase. We may reschedule or cancel events; where we cancel an event you paid for and do not provide a comparable alternative, you are entitled to a refund as required by law or the applicable event policy.
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as payment processors, analytics, or social platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Some features may be offered on a beta, preview, or experimental basis. These features may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time, may be unstable, and are provided "as is" without any service commitments.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will be accurate or reliable. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, content posted by users or the accuracy of any user content. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and its technology provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence).
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, outages of third-party services we rely on, or governmental action.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator and its technology provider, and their officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or created risk or harm to the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including content licenses already granted to others, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting on this page and updating the "Last updated" date, or by notifying you). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of the place where you live. Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any unresolved dispute will be subject to the courts of the Operator's jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with any policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. Section headings are for convenience only.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to us through the Contact page of this community. Copyright notices should be sent to [email protected].
