Hi, Riley, don't know if you are also reviewing synopsises but just in case here is my Short Synopsis.
After the Archangel witness’s human evolution, a young virgin escaping rape runs into in his earthly paradise. The Archangel is commanded, "Take your Eve" but is damned to be a Sylph - a being without a soul. His name becomes AYEKAH; he names her HAYA.
Ayekah can take any form. Haya can hear thoughts and knows things that baffle Ayekah and her tribe. Haya instills in Ayekah eternal love and hope for their brethren. After Haya's death, Ayekah only emerges from her crypt to protect his angel/humans.
In 1841, seduced by voices that sound like Haya’s, Ayekah finds other virgins. He stays in the world and from his virgins - in the Middle East, Europe, and America - are born six generations of twins. One is fertile the other is the watcher. The women are strong and wise. But their extraordinary lives, ruled by traditions and rituals, passed and upheld by the oldest, keep them trapped in secrets.
While Ayekah, like a master puppeteer, to control their destiny creates the secret society of The Retais. But nefarious charlatans who plan to circumvent Ayekah and use the women’s angle powers for an eternal life project infiltrate the Retais.
Is Haya the real force that appears to the women and guides them? Will the Almighty intervene? Will Ayekah destroy them in his quest to be born a human or revive Haya?
