Cool New member taking POV workshop - not sure about timing of class

I am a new member of Savvy Writers and just signed up for the POV workshop that starts Monday. Does anyone know how these classes work and if there is a set time for you to participate? I am an entrepreneur with small children, so hopefully there is flexibility in the class. Any veteran workshop participants, please share what I can expect!

    Hi Anne!

    Welcome to Savvy!

The structure of the workshops should work well for you.

Typically the instructor posts lessons on particular days and assigns homework. You can complete the homework and post according to your own schedule, but they may request that the homework be done by a certain time (e.g. within a week).

Sometimes, the instructor will arrange a chat at a certain day or time to discuss a topic or to provide an open forum for discussion. In that case, typically the instructor proposes several dates & times and a decision is made by majority vote. If you can't make the chat, no worries! The moderator will post the transcript.

Please let me know if you need any additional information.

    Best wishes,

    Susan
