Hi Everyone!

Hi Rebecca,
It's not that I don't like romance, I do, but I find 99% of it not as interesting as other genres. And I'm an old fart, so I got tired of vampires back in the 70s LOL. There's some good stuff out there, I'm sure. I just don't read it, or zombies, unless it's something special. Like "The Gargoyle" or "Angelology". Nice to meet you!
I'm Terry. I'm a 39 year old, stay-at-home mom of three boys. I love to write and have 3 manuscripts under my belt. One is finished the other two are not. I write contemporary romance with a slight paranormal edge. One of the main characters is psychic. There is a bit of erotica in my writing but it is not the focus of the story.
I would love a crit buddy or just to meet others like me.
Hi Amy,
I need to join a team for May Boot Camp too. I've never done it before and I'm not sure how it works, but I'm registered. I write in the same genres as you too.
Terry.
Hello Everyone!!! I really wish I had found this sight in time to be involved with the Boot Camp.....guess I'll have to wait for the next one!
I'm Mark,
I write many things including short stories, humor, mystery, sci-fi, romance, etc. But my current manuscript is a humorous mystery. I'm basically looking for critiques of the manuscript and of course willing to critique others.
Welcome Dee and Mark,
There are many opportunities beyond boot camp to join up with critters and writers on the journey to becoming published. Check out the workshops, the various 'groups' or 'clubs' and see if you match up with the same interests. PM the group leader or moderator and request to join. Register for a workshop and meet up with others of similar interests.
Don't hesitate to ask questions. We're a friendly bunch.
Again, welcome.
First, get it written. Then, get it right.
