| Fixing Your Fiction | |
Instructor: Jeannie Eddy. Editing your own fiction can be the hardest thing writers have to do, but there are ways to make it easier and more effective. Is your writing clear and concise? Do you show, not tell? Can a reader “see” the setting you’re describing? All these questions can be answered before you ever send your manuscript out the door. This class will show you ways to edit your own fiction to help you find an agent and/or editor in today’s competitive field of publishing. It will help you learn to write better and cut the clutter from your writing, as well as teaching you how to use active voice and vivid verbs.
