I have been unable to upload any of my Kindle books to my author page. Even with a verified ISBN or ASIN I keep getting an error code. Please advise.

When I try to go to the "Unpublished" pen name entry page, I get a server error and nothing else - just a page of explanation for the site admin. I'm using Google Chrome.
I don't know if it matters, but whenever I post I'm listed as a guest when I'm actually a paid member. My profile says I'm a Prof. Lurker - I'm worried about entering members only contests and not being recognized. I'm also curious about what the various levels mean? Thanks!
I joined in December - and tried to upload my book at that time. I am told there is a technical problem which means this is impossible. Savvy Authors is therefore presenting me as an author who has not written a book. I have recently requested that my details be removed from the site. Again I am told this is technically problematic and will take some time. Marketing a book is a time consuming exercise - the time I have spent with this site has been utterly wasted.
Hiya Not sure if this is the right place but i wanted to suggest something - a feature request. When you join a workshop and hadn't paid for it it comes up on your 'my event' page. I'm suggesting a exit button or delete button. So that if something came up and you couldn't do the workshop you could remove it from your 'my event' page without having to email you to be asked to be taken out of the workshop. I'm completely new here, only signed up today, and one of the reasons I did was because I wanted to participate in some of the special events. But for the life of me, I can't sign up. When I click on the links, all I get is a page suggesting I Buy a Gift Certificate, no further details on the course or how to go about signing up. Hi Anybody, This is not a 'problem' but I am curious if it is just my email or if it is standard. I received a notification a minute ago from Savvy. Google says it was sent 7 hours ago. I had already been on the Savvy site and had already read the posting several hours ago, so I know that it was posted a while ago. I can find what I need for unpublished authors and published authors, but nothing for authors in the process of being published. My book will be released on Oct 4th and I'd like to have it added to the new release page. Please tell me how I can do that.
I'm a writer who is just starting on his first book. I decided to check SavvyAuthors out on recommendation and I'm sort of lost. I don't know if I should be jumping into a group yet. How do I make my chat avatar default to my picture, the one I use for my regular avatar? I enjoyed the Symposium chat tonight. Darynda and Susan had a picture avatar, as did some others, but I was given a generic drawing. Just made me wonder how to get a photo chat avatar.
