Rhonda Jackson Joseph Rhonda Jackson Joseph has always been an avid, equal opportunity reader. She grew up in a household where the confessions magazines and Harlequin romance novels were hidden away but the Stephen King novels were fair game. The result was a kid who wrote romance and horror, but rarely mixed the genres together.
Rhonda has worked with Whispers Publishing as Editor in Chief and currently works as a freelance editor and writer. She is also on the steering committee of the National Black Book Festival, an annual event in Houston that has drawn hundreds of writers to the area for the past five years. In June 2013 she will receive her MFA in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University.
